Pork in wine marinade on a round grill

Incredibly juicy and aromatic meat will turn out if you marinate it in wine sauce. Pork needs to be taken fresh, frozen meat will turn out tough. When choosing a suitable piece, pay attention to the color - the meat should be pink, without an unpleasant smell.

Ingredient List

For cooking you will need:

  • 1 kg of pork. Tenderloin is best, but you can use a piece of loin or neck. These parts are the most delicate. A layer of fat should be cut off from the loin, leaving a thin layer, which, when frying, will melt and form a beautiful crust.
  • 240 ml of wine. Buy dry red from a trusted manufacturer. You shouldn't take cheap wine, it will only spoil the meat.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, add your favorite spices if desired.
  • 180 ml olive oil. Refined is suitable for grilling on the grill.
  • 1-2 medium garlic cloves.
  • 60 ml lemon juice. You can squeeze the juice yourself, or you can buy a ready-made one. To make the juice squeeze out of the lemon easier, you need to roll it on the table, pressing it down with your palm, then cut it.

How to pickle

Prepare a deep plate or saucepan. It is best to avoid aluminum cookware as it will spoil the taste of the meat. Rinse the pork first and place it on paper towels. When the meat is dry, cut into pieces about 2 cm thick, beat lightly with a hammer or blunt part of a knife on both sides.

The next step is to prepare the marinade:

  1. Pour wine into a deep bowl, add olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Chop the garlic - chop very finely or using a press.
  3. Add salt and pepper and stir until the salt dissolves.
  4. Put prepared pieces of meat in a bowl with marinade.
  5. Leave the meat in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.

Light up wonderful grill with wood or charcoal. To seal the juice in each bite, roast them over an open fire, each side for 2 minutes. Place the fried meat on the surface and continue to fry for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

The meat is tender and juicy, with a wonderful aroma and a beautiful golden crust. Wine sauce will add tenderness, juiciness to pork, give it a great taste and aroma.
