To prepare delicious cutlets, beef is taken, and so that they are not dry, there should be a little fat in the meat. Also, the meat should be cooled, then the minced meat will not stick to your hands during the formation of the workpiece. For 4 medium-sized cutlets, you will need 1 kg of beef.
