All fire bowls are equipped with a frying disc. The disc is made of high-strength carbon steel with a thickness of 6 mm. The surface of the disc is bent from the edges to the center, which prevents from flowing of the hot oil out of the bowl. The barbecue disc has a multi-layer non-stick coating that prevents the food being fried from sticking to the surface and protects it from corrosion. The disc has convection holes for better heat distribution, a frying surface, a barbecue grid and a ring for installing a cauldron. At the same time, even with the disc installed, it is still possible to add firewood into the bowl
