Features of the model
AHOS OLYMPIC 750 wood-fired barbecue has a height of 90 cm. A steel fire bowl with a diameter of 75 cm is both compact and spacious. It has a stylish conical shape, which turns into a stylish and stable foot towards the bottom. The carbon steel frying surface is 48 cm in diameter and 10 mm thick. Its area is enough to simultaneously cook several dishes for a company for 20 people.
The frying surface can be easily removed and returned to the working position. Its plane has a slight inward slope, which allows excess fat to drain into the fire, but the food does not slip.

Professional barbecue AHOS OLYMPIC 750 does not require special care and the use of detergents. All surfaces can be easily cleaned with a metal scraper, while food debris is simply dumped into the hearth. After cleaning, you just need to wipe the surface with a cloth soaked in any edible vegetable oil.
The ash from the wood gradually accumulates at the bottom of the bowl. Its volume is large enough so that even with active use of the barbecue, cleaning is required only 1-2 times a season.
