Design features

AHOS HIGH SPHERE is a line of the professional wood-burning equipment for setting on a household plot or in a backyard of the country house. The design of the stationary model includes a rounded cylindrical pedestal with a device for collecting ash, a frying disc, and a spherical bowl-furnace.

Technical characteristics:

• Frying surface (diameter) — 100 cm along the outside contour; 48 cm along the inside one.
• Removable tabletop (diameter) — 155 cm.
• Total weight: 150 kg.
• Barbecue height — 1 m.

The disc material is high-carbon steel. To enhance exploitative characteristics it is covered in 4 layers of organic polymer spraying. In terms of its features it is identical to a non-stick frying pan. That is, food does not stick to the disc in cooking process.

The body is made of extra strong S235JR steel. Three-layer organosilicon spraying makes it almost invulnerable to aggressive influence of the environment: to temperature changes or atmospheric precipitations.

It will take no more than 40 minutes for warming-up. Moreover, the level of heat is uneven. Closer to the center, it reaches its maximum of 300°C. A difference of temperatures on the work surface allows you to cook several dishes at once. After all, meat, fish, vegetables or seafood require a certain heat treatment.

You can expand the functionality using additional removable accessories:

• Barbecue grid. It can be lifted for lowering the heat under steaks or fish fillets. Installation directly above the fire is allowed.
• Ring for installing a cauldron. First courses, porridge or pilaf are prepared in it.
• Ring with gaps for skewers. Its diameter is the same as the diameter of the frying disc.

At the end of the party the bowl is simply covered with a lid.

In everyday use the barbecue table does not require much effort. The dirt-repellent surface is easy to clean, but we advise not to use abrasive cleaners.

Pleasant and useful addition

AHOS HIGH SPHERE has a design advantage. The model is equipped with a removable tabletop consisting of 4 separate pieces. They are fixed on brackets made of polished stainless steel in such a way that you can get a monolithic plane. Its inside contour is in exact match with the outside edge of the work disk.

The steel frame is very durable. It is designed for heavy loads.

The tabletop has been treated with a water-repellent varnish. Moisture doesn’t sinks into it even if the grill is left in the rain. Coffee, oil and wine don’t leave spots on it. In addition, thanks to the protective varnish, the surface is resistant to abrasion and chipping. In terms of solidity and water resistance it is quite comparable to the top of a kitchen table from an ordinary home set.

The product is also distinguished by its hygiene. Since grease does not seep through the five-layer varnish, cleaning is only a matter of wiping with a cloth and standard cleaner.

You can use the tabletop as an additional work surface. It is convenient to lay cutlery, a cutting board, kitchen utensils, and prepared foods on it.

It can also be used as a dining area. It will be so pleasant to sit on bar stools around dancing flames.
