Brazier grill AHOS OLYMPIC 1000 centimeters high. An imposing fire bowl with a diameter of 1000 cm in the form of a cone is mounted on a graceful leg, which makes it look like a large torch. Above - a frying surface that can be easily removed. It is slightly curved inward, it is almost imperceptible, but very convenient: oil for frying does not splatter and flows down into the bowl.

The frying surface of a professional grill is 48 cm wide and is made of 10 mm thick carbon steel. The four-layer polymer organic coating will allow you to use your grill for decades without additional maintenance. Care.
The hearths of AHOS professional grills do not need any special maintenance. They do not need to be washed with detergents or special solutions. The surface must be cleaned of food debris with an iron scraper directly into the fire, sprinkle the surface with ordinary vegetable oil and gently wipe with a cloth. In the AHOS OLYMPIC 1000 model, the remains of burnt wood fall into the bowl itself and can be emptied at the end of a busy grilling season with a scoop or a special ash vacuum cleaner. Given the size of the grill, the bowl is large enough to require cleaning at most once a season, even with constant use.
