Care

AHOS lesions do not need special care. They do not need to be washed with detergents or special solutions. The surface must be cleaned of food debris with an iron scraper directly into the fire, sprinkle the surface with ordinary vegetable oil and gently wipe with a cloth. In the BIG SPHERE model, a special ash bucket is installed inside the bowl, where ash from burnt firewood gets into. The bucket is easily removed by the handle and the ash is shaken out.
