AHOS BIG SPHERE LOW is a large round grill hearth with an elliptical bowl and a spacious roasting surface. The idea behind the AHOS LOW line of low-rise grills is to relax in an armchair around the hearth. The construction of AHOS BIG SPHERE LOW is designed to warm the feet of people sitting around the barbecue, the elliptical bowl perfectly distributes heat convection downward from the hearth.

Grill hearth as a culinary tool

AHOS BIG SPHERE LOW is equipped with a large roasting surface, 100 cm in diameter. Created from a single piece of high-strength, thick carbon steel, the frying surface has excellent heat storage, which significantly reduces its temperature fluctuations. The bending of the surface towards the center of the hearth allows excess oil to drain into the fire, where it completely burns out. A large number of accessories for the grill can significantly expand its functionality. Additionally, AHOS can be equipped with a grill grate, which can be installed at different levels: flush with the frying surface and on a stand, at a height of 12 cm from the frying surface. Also AHOS can be equipped with adapter rings for installing a pot and a nozzle for laying classic skewers

AHOS BIG SPHERE LOW is very convenient and easy to clean. It does not require cleaning with special agents, and to clean the frying surface, it is enough to remove food residues with a spatula and wipe the surface with vegetable oil. The fireplace is easily cleaned of ash with a removable ash collector.
