Mangal complexes are offered in two colors: Black (heat-resistant black) and Retro (artificial rust).
The line is designed for private use as well as for equipping of cafes and restaurants. For example, the compact AHOS INSPIRATION model is able to decorate the countryside with its presence. AHOS PRO with an enlarged cooking surface will be appropriate not only at home but also in a small youth cafe. And on AHOS BIG, you can cook for 50 or more people at the same time, so it is often installed in restaurants. INSPIRATION is equipped with polished stainless steel legs. They are thinned at the ends, which makes the whole construction especially light. The bowl in the shape of a perfect hemisphere is stably placed on them. It gives the impression of an art object floating in the air, but in fact, remains a functional part of the device for food preparation.
The built-in firebox heats the disk unevenly. It heats from 220 to 300 ℃, so you can cook both tender fish fillets at minimum heat and a well-cooked thick steak.
The design features of the INSPIRATION and PRO models allow you to use the grill as a fire pit. The large diameter gives the possibility to admire the beauty of the flame, safely localized inside.

The models differ in size and design, but the principle of cooking is the same - heat treatment of products on an open fire. The structural peculiarity of all wood-fired barbecues of the collection is a spherical or elliptical bowl on a strong base.
Despite the fact that cooking takes place in an open space, the whole process is hygienic and neat. Carbon steel frying discs have a technological slope towards the center. This prevents fat from splashing on the sides. The disc surface itself is treated with a non-stick coating.
